Sales and Outreach:
- Identify and reach out to potential brands and agencies, introducing them to Twirl’s platform and services.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Twirl, tailoring your pitch to each client’s unique needs.
- Build trust with decision-makers and marketers to convert leads into long-term partners.
Onboarding New Clients:
- Guide new brands and agencies through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can maximize Twirl’s features.
- Provide personalized support to answer questions, set up accounts, and address any concerns during onboarding.
Client Success:
- Act as the primary contact during onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every new client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing client satisfaction.
