💡 Job Summary:

Support the quality and growth of Twirl’s creator database by reviewing new creator applicants, maintaining high standards across existing creators, and ensuring fast, clear communication!

👉 This role is especially well-suited for marketing students who want to explore the world of UGC, creators, and startup operations alongside their studies.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Vet new creators and only approve high-quality profiles (based on content, internal creator needs, and fit)
• Regularly review existing creators and remove low-quality or inactive ones
• Manage creator badges (e.g. Top Creator, New) based on performance
• Respond quickly to creator questions via Intercom and email
• Help source new creators when needed (based on specific demographic gaps)
